- Smoked pork neck (or Ribeye) with an
orange and grain mustard aioli, served with potato wedges
and salad.
- Pork cutlet with a hot apple sauce.
- Pork tenderloin stuffed with prunes,
wrapped in bacon with apricot and cranberry compote.
Chicken Dishes
- Garlic studded chicken with herbs, served
with tomato chutney and fries.
- Cajun spiced chicken breast with corn
relish, potato wedges, sweet chili sauce and nachos.
- Thai style chicken with red curry dipping
sauce, served with golden coconut rice and mango chutney.
